Welcome to AI Note Lab

AI Note Lab is a personally operated site about AI basics and real-world AI use. It is not a scraped news digest or a list of search trends. The focus is on what happens when a real user tries the tools, compares the results, measures the cost, and fixes the failures.
AI tools change quickly, but user problems repeat: choosing the right model, writing prompts that survive real work, keeping automations alive, and editing AI-written text until it sounds human again. This site records those practical moments.
What this site prioritizes
- AI Guide — LLMs, prompts, hallucinations, and other core ideas explained without assuming a technical background.
- AI Notes — Hands-on reviews of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, image tools, and other AI services.
- Experiments and comparisons — Same-question tests, prompt variations, and model cost comparisons.
- Workflow records — Real automation failures such as Gmail OAuth expiry and monitoring-email triage, plus the fixes that followed.
Editorial principles
- I do not review tools I have not used myself.
- I do not publish raw AI drafts without adding real context and judgment.
- Costs, limits, and failures are recorded alongside strengths.
- Simple trend aggregation is not treated as core content.
- Older posts are dated and updated when the context changes.

Contact
If you spot an error, outdated information, or a topic worth testing, use the contact page. The goal is to build useful notes, not just polished explanations.
